Alito's Credentials

I saw Schumer on CNBC earlier this afternoon, and he seemed plenty pissed about Bush's new SCOTUS nominee. Ergo, one must conclude that Alito's got the goods. Here are his credentials. (Considerably better than Miers, no?) Some have concluded that Alito is more accomplished than Roberts.
